Ramanujan Hall is a state-of-the-art smart seminar hall of the Department of Mathematics, Devaswom Board Pampa College, Parumala, inaugurated on 22 December 2025 in commemoration of National Mathematics Day. It is funded by Pampa Mathematics Community. Designed as a hub for smart learning and research, the hall reflects the department’s commitment to blending mathematical excellence with modern technology.
With a seating capacity of 35 and a fully air-conditioned, hybrid-ready setup, Ramanujan Hall is equipped with advanced academic infrastructure including an interactive smart board, LED display, smart podium, wireless microphone system, and recording and live-streaming facilities. The hall is supported by high-speed Wi-Fi and reliable power backup, enabling seamless delivery of both offline and online academic programs.
Ramanujan Hall serves as a dynamic academic space for seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, PhD presentations, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), skill development initiatives, and interdisciplinary events.
The establishment of this smart seminar hall aligns with the department’s academic vision to enhance the teaching–learning process, promote a strong research culture, encourage industry–academia interaction, and support technology-enabled mathematics education.
