PG Department of Commerce

PG Department of Commerce of D. B. Pampa College Parumala was established in 1982. It offers both UG and P.G. programs in Finance and taxation. The Department has been a beacon of academic and professional development since its inception. At present the Department has over 100 students pursuing Bcom (Finance & Taxation), Bcom (Honours) and Mcom. Finance and Taxation. Over the years, it has nurtured countless students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the fields of business, finance, and entrepreneurship. The department boasts a team of highly experienced and qualified faculty members, with 6 Assistant Professors, 1 Guest faculty and Part- time Law lecturer. The Department has to its credit University rank holders both at UG level and PG level in various academic years. The department encourages its students by ensuring a unique environment of learning process through Workshops, seminars and online webinars by expert resource faculties from different fields of Commerce and Industry.

This upgrade has enabled students to pursue higher education and research, thereby enhancing their career prospects.
