The Department of English at DB Pampa College, in association with the Literary Club and Equal Opportunity Cell, organized an essay writing competition on “The Definition of Equality in the 21st Century” on February 28, 2025. The competition saw participation from a large number of students across all departments in the college, who presented their perspectives on the concept of equality in the modern era. Aaliya Noushad, a II BA English student, emerged as the winner, showcasing exceptional insight and articulation on the topic. The event provided a platform for students to engage in meaningful discussions and reflections on equality, fostering a deeper understanding of its significance in contemporary society.
