The Quiz Club at DB Pampa College, Parumala, is an academic initiative designed to encourage students to enhance their general knowledge and critical thinking skills through active participation in quiz competitions. Under the guidance of Dr. Vishnu P. M., the club has grown into a platform where students can hone their intellectual abilities while representing the college in various prestigious quiz events.
Achievements
Over the past two years, the DB Pampa College Quiz Club has consistently showcased its excellence in quiz competitions at the regional and national levels. The students have actively participated in numerous quiz events organized by colleges across Kerala, as well as prestigious events conducted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The club’s members have made remarkable strides, earning accolades and recognition for their outstanding performances. Thejas and Anakha T K of M.Sc Physics won first prize in All Kerala Intercollegiate Quiz Competition.
The students’ efforts have not gone unnoticed, with several participants securing top positions and recognition for their remarkable knowledge across various subjects including history, science, literature, and current affairs. These accomplishments stand as a testament to the hard work, dedication, and intellectual prowess of the Quiz Club members.
