International Year of Quantum Science and Technology
In resonance with the United
Nations' centenary of quantum science,
D.B. Pampa College together with
K.S.M.D.B College Sasthamcotta is
organizing a three-part expert lecture
series titled Tracing the Birth of Quantum
Thought. The program is aligned with
India's national "Quantum Mission,"
reflecting the country's commitment to
advancing quantum technologies. It will
also
celebrate the pioneering
contribution of Indian physicist
Satyendra Nath Bose, whose
collaboration with Einstein on Bose-
Einstein statistics laid the foundation for
quantum statistics and condensates. As
part of the event, high school and higher
secondary students will engage in a quiz
competition and poster-making contest,
fostering curiosity and inspiring future
quantum explorers.
